# Candidate Sourcing

Sourcing from Lever Job postings:

Ensure you have your integration to Lever enabled by [following these steps](/api/product-guide/application-integrations/lever.md).

1. Click on Sourcing > Sourcing tab in the sidebar.\

2. Click on the "Create Job" button

3. Create a Title and Select a posting from the new "Import Job Posting From Lever" select at the bottom.\

4. Now ThoughtfulGPT sources a list of candidates that best fits the job posting and you can add specific candidates that fit the role best  to Lever by clicking on the "Add to Lever" button.\

5. After clicking the "Add to Lever" button for a candidate, you will see a success message.\

   If the opportunity already exists on Lever, you will see an error message instead.\
