# Applicant Ranking

Once you[ integrate your Lever account with ThoughtfulGPT](/api/product-guide/application-integrations/lever.md), you'll gain the ability to create scoring rubrics or have them generated by AI using free response questions linked to job postings. These rubrics can then be utilized for assessing candidate applications and scoring them based on their responses. 

1. Click on the "Candidate Ranking" tab in the sidebar.\

2. Click on the "New" button.\

3. Select a job posting, these will be based on job posting in your Lever account.\

4. You have the option to craft your rubric manually or generate it with AI using our one-click rubric generator. Alternatively, you can utilize a custom macro blueprint within your account for personalized rubric creation. Then, click on the "Create" button.\

5. Once the process is complete, you'll gain access to the Candidate Ranking task. This task will furnish you with the results, showcasing candidates' scores derived from your rubric.\

Clicking the "Open on Lever" button will redirect you to the opportunity page on Lever. There, you will see the top 10% of opportunities marked with the TGPT-TOP-10% tag, along with a comment summarizing the answers to the questions for each processed
