# Rolodex: Employee Performance Tracker

A centralized workspace and communication repostory for employees and managers to monitor goals, feedback, and ongoing performance discussions.

How it Works:

1. Employees log goals, OKRs, and 1:1 notes.<br>
2. The system tracks all conversations and transcripts between employee and manager.<br>
3. Uses this data to:

* Create agendas for upcoming 1:1s
* Track and remind action items
* Auto-fill performance review forms (mid-year or annual)
* Suggest coaching points or next steps

Serves as a living repository of performance history, ideal for HR and people operations.<br>
