# Hiring Pipeline

How it Works:

1. Automatically syncs with your ATS to reflect real-time candidate status.<br>
2. Displays each candidate’s stage in the hiring process.<br>
3. Works in conjunction with the Scribe tool to streamline interview feedback

* Scribe records and transcribes Zoom interviews.
* Select your feedback form and link it to the correct transcript.
* Auto-fills form responses based on the interview transcription.<br>

4. Feedback is then submitted and pushed back into Lever or Greenhouse.<br>
