Hiring Pipeline

Visualize and manage your hiring pipeline by integrating directly with your ATS (Lever or Greenhouse). For a more detailed step-by-step, review this article.

How it Works:

  1. Automatically syncs with your ATS to reflect real-time candidate status.

  2. Displays each candidate’s stage in the hiring process.

  3. Works in conjunction with the Scribe tool to streamline interview feedback

  • Scribe records and transcribes Zoom interviews.

  • Select your feedback form and link it to the correct transcript.

  • Auto-fills form responses based on the interview transcription.

  1. Feedback is then submitted and pushed back into Lever or Greenhouse.
